Coaching
Where training meets a structured way to inform groups of employees of novelties, it can be helpful to provide a more personal approach. Through coaching we work 1-on-1 or in small groups to answer specific questions.
Coaching can be applied at any stage of an implementation; at the start of a project as well as when the environment has been in use for a long time.
